What kind of photo works best?+
A clear, well-lit photo works best. Check the preview before ordering, and contact us if you are unsure whether your photo will print clearly.
How fast will it arrive?+
Most orders are printed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery is estimated at 3–6 business days after shipment, depending on destination. Busy seasons can take longer. Gifting for a specific date? Message us before ordering with the date and ZIP code, and we'll tell you whether it looks feasible.
Will the print wear off when I play?+
The design is printed on the ball, not applied as a sticker or decal. Like any golf ball used for play, the print can scuff over time, especially with heavy use.
What if I don’t love how it turns out?+
If the print doesn't match the design you approved, or it arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 15 days of delivery with a photo. You can choose a reprint or refund under our returns policy.
Can you print the front and back?+
Yes. A photo on one side and your own words on the other is our most popular combination. Choose front-and-back printing when you design your set.
